(TSXV: IMR) (OTCQB: IMRFF) (FSE: A7V) ("iMetal" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 700,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company in accordance with its stock option plan. The options shall vest immediately and are exercisable at a price of $0.21 until February 5, 2030.
