Hitachi Construction Machinery (HCM) a été créé en 1970, lorsque Hitachi, Ltd. a scindé sa division de machines de construction. Actuellement, le groupe HCM comprend 44 entreprises qui offrent des solutions complètes aux clients de l'industrie des équipements de construction lourds. HCM continue de croître en tant qu'entreprise solide, compétitive et mondiale. Passons à l'année 2010. En 2018, HCM a pris les rênes de KCMA Corporation pour la transformer en Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America Inc., renforçant ainsi son engagement sur le marché nord-américain en introduisant la gamme de chargeuses sur pneus de la marque HITACHI, en offrant des pièces de rechange, un programme d'échange de composants en usine, des programmes de formation pour les clients et les concessionnaires, ainsi qu'une large gamme de services et de programmes. Hitachi Construction Machinery a depuis renommé Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America, Inc. en Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc., à compter du 1er octobre 2021, afin de refléter les fonctions et l'autorité étendues de la filiale dans la région américaine du Nord, du Centre et du Sud. Avec des installations de fabrication à Banshu, au Japon; Ryugasaki, au Japon, et Newnan, en Géorgie, Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc. dispose de l'expérience et de la technologie pour concevoir, développer, fabriquer et entretenir votre prochaine chargeuse sur pneus.
